How far in advance should I book?

During high season (December-April), we recommend booking 2-3 days in advance. For combos and weekend appointments, 3-5 days is ideal.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 4 hours before your appointment for a full refund or rescheduling.

Do you accept walk-ins?

While we welcome walk-ins when available, high season often means we're fully booked. We strongly recommend reserving in advance to secure your preferred time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (USD & Colones), all major credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of service.
